On 28 October 2009, "Magic Quadrant for North American Mobile Retail Banking" was removed from gartner.com, as we worked through a number of concerns regarding its content. Since then, we have decided that the best course of action is to update this information and publish it as a series of Research Notes that redefine the market, and provide insight and analysis into both the market and the vendors on a worldwide basis. This decision was made so that Gartner can provide the most valuable, up-to-date information to our end-user clients in this rapidly evolving market. Magic Quadrants are point-in-time analyses, and this one had an "as of" date of May 2009. A lot has changed since May 2009, both in market activity and vendor actions.
